CENTEX Hydraulics combines state-of-the-art equipment and highly experienced personnel to provide complete overhaul, repair, fabrication, and sales of all types of high pressure fluid systems and components.  CENTEX Hydraulics is a subsidiary of USA Offshore LLC.  We have been providing services to the oil and gas industry for over ten years.  We recently acquired a hydraulic equipment overhaul facility and decided to move it to Hillsboro Texas to provide our services to the agricultural, construction, oil field, and commercial markets in the Central Texas area.

We recognize that our customers don't just operate their equipment on a "9 to 5" time schedule 5 days a week.  We also recognize that time is money and that, when expensive fluid power equipment is down, our customers lose money.  That is why we offer rapid turn-around support to our walk-in customers and near 24 hour 7 days per week support to our customers who contract with us to provide all of their fluid power overhaul and repair support.

What We Do

CENTEX Hydraulics provides the following services:

• We have purchased a TUXCO HCS-30  hydraulic cylinder breakdown bench that provides us with the capability to service the largest cylinders made for our market industries.  (Our only limitation is telescoping cylinders which we cannot service at this time.)  We can easily repair any cylinder up to 16 inches in diameter and up to 12 feet in retracted length.

• We provide technical design, fabrication, and installation services for all types of hydraulic and fluid systems.

• We repair all types of fluid pumps, regulators, valves, and control components. 

• We fabricate flexible hydraulic hose up to 1 ¼ inches diameter at  operating pressures of up to 3000 psi. 

• We fabricate hard line tubing up to 1/2 inch in diameter and 3000 psi operating pressure. 

• A unique aspect of our capability is our hydrostatic test equipment.  Any pressure vessel or component is required to be recertified at 1 ½ times its normal operation pressure every 5 years.  We can meet the requirements to re-certify any pressure vessel or component up to 50,000 psi test pressure. 

• We provide sales of fluid system parts that include fittings, gauges, valves, pumps, regulators, and most other fluid systems components.  We use Parker products exclusively.  Parker provides the highest quality pressure products in the industry and we are proud to use their products and equipment in our sales as well as our hose manufacturing areas.

 CENTEX Hydraulics provides the option for our commercial customers to contract with us to provide all of their hydraulic overhaul and repair services.  By contracting with us, commercial customers can realize the following premium services:
